I am directed by the Minister of Health to enclose herewith two copies of a Resolution which the General Nursing Council for England and Wales passed on the 12th September, regarding reciprocal registration of nurses with the Nurses' Board of Hong Kong, and I am to ask whether the Secretary of State would be good enough to cause a copy of this Resolution to be transmitted to the Government of Hong Kong, together with an intimation that the agreement will not be put into force until notification of the ratification of the terms has been received.
